WILDCATS’ MINI-BALLERS MAINTAIN 100% RECORD.

In their latest game in the Notts Mini-Basketball League the Wildcats Mini-ballers maintained their 100% start to the season, with an impressive victory over Hucknall Hotshots 2

Hucknall were simply overpowered by the Wildcats who were older, bigger and stronger.  However to Hucknall’s credit they never gave in and fought to the end.  The final score of 157pts to 1, sets a single game record for the Wildcats, who long before the end were given targets by Coach Chris Prior, in an attempt to give Hucknall more of an opportunity.

Despite the overwhelming victory the Wildcats kept playing as a team and did not resort to individual basketball.  It did not become who could score the most points, but about the whole team score.

This Sunday sees the Wildcats play Hucknall Hotshots 1 which will be a much more of an even contest.
